Thenai Vannam is envisioned as a retreat that celebrates the tranquillity of rural landscapes and the simplicity of nature-inspired living. Surrounded by towering palms and expansive greenery, the residence is designed as a sanctuary where indoor comfort and outdoor experiences seamlessly coexist. The architecture draws inspiration from traditional tropical homes, incorporating sloped roofs, deep verandas, natural materials, and generous openings that frame views of the surrounding plantation.
The design concept revolves around creating a strong relationship between the built environment and its natural setting. Living spaces extend into landscaped courtyards, open decks, recreational zones, and water features, encouraging a lifestyle that is closely connected to nature. Elements such as the reflection pool, outdoor gathering spaces, and leisure amenities are carefully integrated to create a resort-like atmosphere while maintaining the warmth and intimacy of a family home.
Farm House is conceived as more than a residence it is an escape from urban life. By blending vernacular architectural influences with contemporary comforts, the project offers a peaceful environment where relaxation, recreation, and everyday living come together within the serene backdrop of a coconut grove.
